My First Corporate Experince

Kankroli, small district of Rajasthan, not so developed but still i love it because its mine.(Famous for Marble industry & JK Tyre plant). A month ago i completed a small assignment there as MBA(HR) individual. I worked with two contrasting personalities. These incidents will tell the whole story:
I arrived at organization, my reporting boss was out of town, he told me PERSON X will be dealing with you. X said to me our boss (my reporting boss) is a person with little memory, so he had not told about you. So i said he just told me to do...........X cut me in between and said "look there are many problems, i don't know where all things he kept, so you just come after 3-4 days, when boss will be here.
Then again one morning when i arrived, X asked "what all you studied at MBA? What package offered to your seniors? I answered. These private colleges are just ..............etc. So after listening to him a lot, on that question i tried to answer him then X said "you freshers don't want to listen, you just talk, any ways i don't have time to talk to you.
While introducing me in 'Behavioral training' another person, PERSON Y said" The lean person you are looking at seems like matchstick but he might be dynamite". After session Y said to me "My dear content was good but 'masala was missing', put some more masala.
These are the first two interactions of mine with those two persons. Guess what PERSON X was famous for criticism and questioning and PERSON Y was famous for positive reinforcement and motivating others.

  3. Yehh KAMAL,

The message was pretty decent, needs to learn corporate culture. It is not like what Mr. Vishal used to say....

Still paper system is prevailing in India, but yeh more authenticated way to address someone decisions in front of others...

  4. The Hope, the Struggle and the Hard Work
Towards a goal is part of the rewards.
Achieving goal itself is not the whole reward.
