Economies of masses in healthcare

Economies of masses(scale) can work well in healthcare for private providers.
Five major reasons for the same are-
1. Poor economic background of patient.
2. Health is still considered as welfare project.
3. Privatization and corporate hospitals have got so called "loot/mahnaga" status in tier 3 districts and villages.
4. Absence of mediclaim coverage and awareness in medioker class, which is not covered by government schemes like Bhamashah yojna.
5. Poor show of government health structure.
In such scenarios trust hospitals and low cost providers are clear cut winners in the long run in tier 3 areas.
They get donations from trust for their infrastructure(machinery and building), which is the costliest part.
And "social initiatives" are doing extremely good, for example-Arvind eye care. Some of them are grown really big.
So if you are enthusiast to provide health to the masses, got passion, got connections in medical fraternity or belongs to medical field. This is one of the satisfaction giving & reputation earning welfare-cum-livelyhoodearning opportunity for you.

Stop Judging!!

Stop judging, start living in the moment!!

Are you analyzing and judging things too much?
Every one does that, in greater or lesser extent.
One must do but to improve oneself, not to compare.
You can see people judging in marriages, social gatherings, family functions..

You just play your role and move ahead.
Come on, you have lot many things to perform other than judging thing.

OR

Difficult or impossible?
Love or attachment?
Honesty or impractical approach?
Reality or mere imagination?

All depends on what do you think?
Want or not?
You will pay that cost or not?
You are positive or negative about it?
CAN OR CAN'T

It can take time,
It can take effort,
It can take guts,
It can take ............

But if you have strong determination about achieving any thing, you will get that.
